About the role
You'll be part of Staffer's support team from day one. We're an AI-native hiring platform growing fast, and we need someone who cares as much about our customers succeeding as we do. As a Support Intern, you work directly with customers — from onboarding to ongoing support and proactive follow-up.
This is not a sideline internship. You own customer relationships, solve problems, and make sure people actually get value out of the product.
What you'll do

- Troubleshoot technical issues
- Follow up proactively and make sure customers get real value from the product
Who you are
You take initiative and drive work forward without waiting to be told. You're motivated by customer outcomes and direct impact — you thrive when your effort is visibly tied to success. You're comfortable with ambiguity and the pace of an early-stage startup.
You're confident in customer-facing conversations. You can run onboarding sessions, handle support requests, and build trust with clients. You can troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers through a SaaS platform.
Bonus
You have experience in technical support, customer service, account management, or B2B customer relations — even part-time or as a student. Or you've run your own projects, or even started something yourself. We love people who take ownership.
