About the role

Arva AI is a RegTech startup backed by Y Combinator and Google's AI Fund, building an AI Agent platform that automates financial crime compliance for banks, fintechs, credit unions, and crypto firms. As Strategic Customer Success Manager, you will own the full post-sale relationship with a portfolio of mid-to-large financial institutions — ensuring they get measurable value from Agent Lab and growing those accounts over time. This is a commercially accountable role that sits at the intersection of compliance domain knowledge, technical product fluency, and revenue ownership.

What you'll do

  • Serve as the primary relationship owner for a portfolio of strategic accounts, driving adoption, retention, and expansion across the customer lifecycle.
  • Partner with customers to map their compliance workflows — sanctions screening, KYC/KYB, AML transaction monitoring, adverse media — to the capabilities of Agent Lab, and hold them accountable to outcomes.
  • Identify and develop upsell and cross-sell opportunities, working alongside account executives or closing expansion independently where appropriate.
  • Build and maintain a clear view of account health, escalation risk, and pipeline across your book of business, using data to prioritise where to focus.
  • Act as the internal voice of the customer — feeding product, engineering, and research teams with structured insight from the field.
  • Contribute to building the customer success function itself: playbooks, onboarding frameworks, and health metrics are still being defined.

Who you are

You have managed strategic or enterprise customer success relationships at a B2B SaaS company, with direct ownership of retention and expansion for high-value accounts. You have worked with financial services customers — banks, fintechs, or similarly regulated institutions — and you understand how compliance and risk teams operate. Commercially, you are comfortable spotting expansion opportunities and driving them to close. You do well in early-stage environments where the process is still being written and the pace is high.

Nice to have: Hands-on familiarity with AML, KYC/KYB, sanctions screening, or other financial crime compliance processes — whether from a vendor or an in-house compliance function. Experience with AI or automation products, and the ability to discuss technical concepts credibly with compliance and operations stakeholders. A structured, data-driven habit of tracking customer health and portfolio risk.

Why join

Arva processes over one million compliance reviews monthly and is growing fast in the UK and US markets. You will join a small, high-ownership team — Arvanauts — where your work directly shapes revenue and product direction. The role comes with equity, bi-annual salary reviews, and visa sponsorship is available. Office is in Central London, four to five days a week.
